My stay at the Costa Rica Tennis Club Hotel was quite disappointing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated, but the condition of the hotel really let it down. The rooms were outdated and noisy, making it tough to get a good night's sleep, especially with loud sounds from the family room above me and nearby trains. The hotel has a decent location, but it definitely needs some renovations to improve the experience.
